Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be shipped until payment is confirmed.
 

3. Shipping

  • We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Any estimated delivery times provided are not guaranteed.
     

4. Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns for change of mind.
However, if a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at reilly@gurradowns.com.au, including a photo of the damage.

If approved, we will offer a refund or replacement as per Australian Consumer Law.
